As many of you know, I spent a great deal of my youth engaged in the pursuit of external strength and conditioning via the sport of bodybuilding. I was a judge, trainer, and a bodybuilder. So when considering the location to do an LA talk on my book,  “Mastery: Living The Highest You” – and the path to living and writing it – I was inspired to hold the first Los Angeles Mastery event in a space that would bring me full circle… a gym. Or in this case, a gym/wellness center. Thanks to my friend, Carmine Gangemi, we gathered for a wonderful, inspired evening at his new facility, SHAPE90291 in Venice.
